By using Black Rose Mystique and purchasing through blackrosemystique.ca, you agree to provide accurate order and contact information, use the site lawfully, and comply with the policies displayed on the store.

Black Rose Mystique includes the Black Rose Mystique flagship collection, Amethyst Moon Studios, and Black Rose Glass. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and promotions may change without notice. We may cancel or limit an order when necessary because of inventory, supplier, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, legal, or shipping issues. If payment has already been captured for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the affected amount will be refunded.

Black Rose Glass: This section is intended for adults age 18 and older. By entering the Black Rose Glass section, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement applicable to the section. Black Rose Glass is currently presented as a coming-soon area and products may not yet be available for purchase.

Tarot readings: Tarot and divination services are offered for personal reflection and entertainment. They do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Store artwork, branding, written material, product photography owned by the store, and other original store content may not be copied, republished, or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law or where rights belong to a third-party supplier or creator.

Third-party services, payment providers, fulfillment partners, and apps may have their own terms and policies. Use of those services can also be subject to their applicable terms.
