Shipping Policy

Black Rose Mystique currently serves customers in Canada and the United States. Physical products may be fulfilled by different suppliers, so items from the same order can arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Processing and transit times vary by product, supplier, destination, carrier, and seasonal demand. Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Tracking information is provided when available and can take time to update after a shipment is created.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact Chancy@blackrosemystique.ca as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Orders to the United States may be subject to customs processing, taxes, duties, carrier fees, or other import-related charges when applicable. Any such charges assessed by government or carrier authorities are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If tracking shows a delivery problem, your package appears lost, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so the shipment can be reviewed with the relevant carrier or supplier.

Tarot readings and other digital services are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
